Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Frank Saurus! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Flash looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Saurus! Saurus really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Flash is landing with some decent strikes but Saurus is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Flash trying to control but Saurus is having none of it. Saurus is working to get back to half guard.
Flash scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Saurus?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Flash can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Saurus is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Flash with the ground and pound from mount. Flash is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Saurus to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Saurus shrugs it off. Saurus tries to reverse the position but Flash maintains control. Flash can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Saurus is looking to escape. Saurus tries to hold on but Flash pushes him away. Flash is landing with some decent strikes but Saurus is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Flash tries to control but Saurus wriggling away. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Flash unloading with bombs! Flash fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Saurus bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Saurus works over Flash with some ground and pound from guard. Flash has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Saurus wants to pass the guard but Flash is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flash manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Saurus sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Saurus trying to control the position.
Flash tries to free his leg and advance position but Saurus is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Flash stands up over Saurus, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Flash won't allow Saurus to get back to his feet. Flash trying to control but Saurus is working from the bottom. Flash is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Saurus looking for a guillotine here but Flash defends easily.
Saurus looks gassed! Saurus is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Flash working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Flash stopping the sweep attempt from Saurus. Saurus is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Saurus working a defensive guard here.
Flash stands up over Saurus, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Saurus trying to keep a closed guard but Flash is proving a slippery customer.

Flash drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Flash jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Saurus looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Saurus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Flash can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Flash loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Flash keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Saurus's head. Flash thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Saurus looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Flash is trying to maintain the position but Saurus is very close to passing his half guard. Flash gets full guard. Flash is trying to control the position but Saurus postures up. Saurus pushes down on Flash's leg and manages to get into half guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Saurus winds up and cracks Flash with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Flash on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flash has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Saurus is working away from the top position though. Saurus missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Flash keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Flash is trying to get back to full guard. Flash blocking the ground and pound attempt from Saurus. Flash is trying to control but can't.
Saurus not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Saurus is looking to advance position but Flash won't allow it. Saurus missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Saurus is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Flash! Flash tries to hold on but Saurus postures up. Saurus with a couple of short strikes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Saurus prevents Flash from getting the reversal. Saurus is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Flash can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Flash is rocked! Flash takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Saurus's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
