Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Neal Titus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romulo Correa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Titus kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 'Till We Die - Slipknot. Neal Titus has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Neal Titus! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Romulo Correa! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Correa leaves Titus with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Titus blocks a head kick by Correa.
Correa scores with a takedown into Titus's guard. Titus is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Correa defends well. Titus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Correa can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Correa wants to stand but Titus is controlling his posture from full guard. Correa stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's one minute gone in the round. Titus darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Titus throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Titus thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Titus lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Titus seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Correa does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Correa really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Titus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Titus is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Correa postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Titus is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Correa, into his guard. Titus makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Titus loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Correa looking for subs off his back but Titus has passed one foot through into half guard.

Titus shoots for a double leg takedown but Correa sprawls well. He's pushed Titus's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Neal Titus. That's going to take a lot out of him. Titus drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Correa is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Titus will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Titus is pushing down on Correa's leg trying to pass to half guard. Correa is fighting to maintain full guard but Titus has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Correa taking some punishment here, with Titus in his half guard. Titus thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Correa is trying to stand.

Correa tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Neal Titus is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Titus shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Titus really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Titus fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Correa must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Titus is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Correa is aware though and is defending well.
