Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Senseney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kurtis Stryker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cody Senseney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kurtis Stryker! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Senseney blocks a head kick by Stryker.
Senseney fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Stryker checks it well. Senseney moves in looking to clinch but Stryker pushes him off. Senseney goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Stryker shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Senseney counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Kurtis Stryker has been cut. Senseney forces Stryker back against the cage and clinches. Senseney works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Senseney pulls guard successfully.
Stryker stands and throws Senseney's legs to the side, diving into side control. Stryker prevents Senseney from escaping the position. Stryker is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Senseney knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stryker is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Senseney has escaped the position, nice work there. Senseney managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Stryker.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Stryker decides to stand back up. No luck for Stryker with that takedown attempt. Stryker throws a combination that misses and Senseney counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Stryker thinking. Stryker looks gassed! Left hook, right uppercut from Senseney. Senseney misses with a jab to the body
and Stryker counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Senseney is trying to stand back up but Stryker is controlling him
Senseney has one foot on Stryker's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Senseney tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stryker paws at him with a jab and circles away. Cody Senseney is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Senseney circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cody Senseney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stryker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Senseney throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Senseney ducks under a wild hook from Stryker. No joy there for Senseney, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Stryker slips a jab from Senseney. Senseney throws a nice looking combination but Stryker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Senseney throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Stryker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Cody Senseney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurtis Stryker. Stryker with a poor takedown and Senseney counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Stryker wants to break the clinch but can't.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Senseney is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Senseney successfully pulls guard.
Senseney has his feet on Stryker's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Senseney closes the distance and clinches. Senseney's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Senseney tries to clinch up but Stryker circles away and keeps his distance. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The fight stays on the outside here - Senseney looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Senseney swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Senseney throws a right hand that Stryker ducks under and follows up with a left that Stryker also avoids with ease. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Stryker stalks Senseney and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Senseney's face. Senseney staggers backwards, shaken. Senseney gets in close and instigates a clinch. Senseney pulls guard successfully.
Stryker slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Stryker decides to stand back up. Senseney misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Senseney wants to land a leg kick but Stryker is out of range. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. A punch combination from Senseney misses. Stryker fails with a takedown attempt. Stryker swats away the attempt to clinch by Senseney.

Senseney is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Stryker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Senseney but Senseney pushes him off and we're back to square one. Senseney tries to clinch but Stryker moves out of range. Stryker shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Senseney sprawls well. Senseney wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Stryker gets slowly back to his feet. Cody Senseney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurtis Stryker. Stryker shoots in looking for a takedown. Senseney tries to sprawl out of it but Stryker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Senseney manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Senseney closes the distance looking to clinch and Stryker counters with a nice double leg into guard. Stryker stands and steps away. Senseney gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Senseney misses with a shot to the body and Stryker counters with a shoot takedown. Senseney fights it but they end up in guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stryker drops back, looking for a kneebar! Senseney looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Senseney looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Senseney! Senseney controlling the position. Stryker tries to bench press Senseney off him but Senseney keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Senseney trying to control the position but Stryker is working away. Senseney decides to stand back up. Senseney gets in close and instigates a clinch. Senseney breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Stryker feints and as Senseney raises his hands in defense, Stryker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Senseney keeping moving, preventing Stryker from controlling successfully. Senseney wants to stand but Stryker is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stryker is looking to advance position but Senseney has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Stryker is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Senseney thows a leg kick but Stryker checks it and Stryker counters with a takedown into side control. Senseney is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Stryker is controlling him well. Stryker is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Senseney is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Stryker stands up and we're back to a striking position. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Senseney throws a series of strikes that have Stryker backpedaling.
That's one minute gone in the round. Senseney tries to sprawl but Stryker drives through with a takedown into half guard. Stryker stops Senseney from getting back to his feet.
Stryker seems to be looking for submissions.
Senseney pushes Stryker off looking to stand but Stryker dives back in and keeps control.
Stryker decides to return to a standing position. Senseney throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stryker.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Senseney throws a series of punches but Stryker avoids them all with ease. Stryker closes the distance and pushes Senseney back into the cage. Stryker prevents the takedown attempt.
Stryker gets a trip takedown into half guard. Kurtis Stryker has got the better of the ground game so far. Stryker is working for a kimura but Senseney is defending it quite comfortably.

Stryker decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Stryker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Senseney tries to avoid it but Stryker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Senseney to the ground. Senseney escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Senseney clinches up against the cage. Senseney breaks the clinch.

Stryker checks a leg kick. Stryker fails to land the takedown. Stryker throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Senseney darts in trying to clinch and Stryker counters with a left and a right that stings Senseney. Stryker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Senseney moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Senseney looks to land a combination but Stryker avoids it well. Senseney tries to clinch up. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Senseney tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Stryker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Stryker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Senseney as he jumps to the side. Cody Senseney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kurtis Stryker. Senseney tries to clinch but Stryker is having none of it.
And that's the end of the fight! Kurtis Stryker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Stryker has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
