Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hidehiko Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruben Yvel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yamamoto comes into the arena with Wage Slaves - All Shall Perish blaring out of the sound system. Ruben Yvel is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto throws a head kick that misses
and Yvel counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Yamamoto blocks a head kick by Yvel.
Yvel tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Yamamoto was well out of range. Poor timing from Yvel.
Yvel fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Yamamoto lands a head kick. Yvel smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

and Yvel counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Yvel.
Yvel is pushing Yamamoto up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Yvel looking to throw knees to the head but Yamamoto is blocking nicely.
Yvel keeps control of Yamamoto as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Yvel keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Yamamoto's efforts to push away.
Yamamoto is trying to break the clinch but Yvel has him pressed against the cage.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yamamoto is looking to break free of the clinch but Yvel has double underhooks.
