Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Paulo Santos and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Combs circles away from the clinch attempt
and Combs cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Silva lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Sean Combs has been cut.
Silva wants to clinch
enabling Combs to counter with a crisp jab.
Silva tries to clinch but Combs moves away
letting Combs counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Combs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Silva.
Silva misses with a wild combination.
Combs scores with the left hand. Silva knows he should have avoided that one.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Combs.
Combs fails with a takedown attempt.
Silva closes the distance but Combs moves to the side
and Combs counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Combs.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Combs tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.
Combs works over Silva with some ground and pound from guard.
Combs throws a big right hand that misses.
Combs connects with a couple of short punches.
Combs postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Silva is looking to stand up but Combs isn't so interested in that idea.
Combs passes Silva's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Silva avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Combs.
Ground and pound from Combs.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Combs is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Silva is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
