Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Roberto Lapitan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Bulman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mark Bulman! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bulman misses with a takedown attempt and Lapitan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Bulman gets caught flat footed, as Lapitan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Bulman tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bulman is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Lapitan looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Lapitan avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bulman. Bulman thows a huge punch but Lapitan dodges it nicely.
Lapitan tries to get to full guard but Bulman has control of the leg. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bulman thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. That's one minute gone in the round. Bulman working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bulman sitting and controlling from the half guard. Lapitan on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Bulman lands strikes from half guard. Bulman blocks the strikes from Lapitan.
Lapitan flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Lapitan is rocked! Bulman lands a big elbow - Lapitan is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Bulman!
