Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Slyker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Re Christensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slyker comes to the cage accompanied by It's Amazing by Kanye West. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slyker blocks a head kick by Christensen.
Christensen fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Slyker checks it well.
Christensen misses with a head kick.
Christensen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Christensen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Christensen fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Slyker on the side of the head.
Christensen misses with a left hand
and Christensen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Christensen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Slyker counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Slyker closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Christensen throws a left and a right that both miss
and Slyker counters with a big right hand! Oh Christensen is in trouble here! Slyker follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
