Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Valor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Tyler Valor's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyler Valor! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Jorge Garcia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nogueira doesn't succeed with the takedown and Nogueira takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Nogueira with a lazy takedown attempt letting Valor counter with a right hand. Valor tries to bum rush Nogueira with a series of wild strikes but Nogueira uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nogueira tries to keep at a distance but Valor has taken the fight into the clinch. Still in the clinch, Valor scores with a nice short uppercut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Valor wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Nogueira is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Valor gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nogueira gets control of Valor's arms and successfully pulls guard. Nogueira will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Nogueira looking for a guillotine here but Valor defends easily.
Valor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nogueira. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Valor wants to get up but he can't break Nogueira's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Nogueira has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Valor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nogueira escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Valor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Valor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nogueira has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Valor has managed to get both his arms back between Nogueira's legs - danger averted. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Valor tries to free his leg and advance position but Nogueira is retaining full guard. Valor wants to stand and escape but instead Nogueira has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Nogueira drops back looking for a leg! Valor is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Valor manages to kick Nogueira off! Nogueira jumps back into Valor's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nogueira trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Nogueira postures up in Valor's guard and throws a big left but Valor blocks it. Nogueira advances position into side control! Nogueira in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Valor is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
