The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Meesters shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cope is trying to defend but Meesters finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Meesters is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Meesters really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves.
