Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Hahar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kratus Pretorian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kratus Pretorian is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrew Hahar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kratus Pretorian! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hahar tries to clinch but Pretorian moves out of range. Pretorian throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hahar counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Pretorian! Hahar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Pretorian is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Hahar fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Hahar has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hahar throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hahar fails to take his opponent's back. Pretorian is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Hahar is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Pretorian to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Pretorian shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hahar controlling his opponent. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pretorian can do anything to dispel that myth. Hahar with good strikes from the mount here! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pretorian is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Hahar has taken his back! Pretorian looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Pretorian is taking damage to the body and head. Pretorian holding both Hahar 's hands and preventing any damage. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Hahar working for a choke but Pretorian is defending well. Pretorian is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Hahar controlling the position well here. Pretorian rolled but Hahar kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hahar has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Pretorian has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
