Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Thesis Dewit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Connor Clay will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clay clobbers Dewit with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Clay keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thesis Dewit seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dewit thows a body shot but no joy.
Dewit pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Clay fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A slow jab from Dewit misses its intended target.
Dewit looks to land a right hand but Clay moved out of range.

and Clay counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Clay won't allow Dewit to sweep him here.
Dewit has control of Clay's left arm, preventing Clay from doing any damage.
Dewit wants to sweep here but Clay controlling him for the moment.

Dewit working for a triangle but Clay defends it easily.

Dewit has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Clay can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dewit wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Clay loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Clay wants to control from the top but Dewit keeps moving.
Clay throws a big right hand that misses.

Dewit looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Clay is defending well. Dewit quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Clay has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Dewit celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
