The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bridges will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Falcao throws a combination that misses

and Bridges counters with a takedown into side control.
Bridges wants to control but Falcao is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bridges is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Falcao is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bridges tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bridges has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Falcao tries to buck Bridges off but Bridges is having none of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bridges throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Falcao is trying to control Bridges's posture but Bridges avoids it.

Bridges tries for a kimura but Falcao is defending well.

Bridges is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Falcao knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Bridges is looking to take a break and control but Falcao is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Falcao is looking for a sweep.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bridges tries to advance to mount but Falcao instead regains half guard.
Falcao wants to improve his position but Bridges is controlling well.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bridges is looking for a kimura but Falcao is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bridges to get the leverage.
Falcao avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bridges.

Bridges is trying hard to land a takedown here. Falcao sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Falcao lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

and Falcao counters with a stiff right hand.

Falcao flashes Bridges a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Bridges's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Bridges crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Falcao punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
