The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pyke gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Conway counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Thomas Pyke has been cut.
Pyke fails with the takedown
enabling Conway to counter with a crisp jab.
Pyke doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Pyke takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pyke is rocked!
Ryan Conway has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Thomas Pyke.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pyke shoots and misses
and Conway rattles Pyke with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Pyke tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Conway dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Pyke stiff and motionless on the mat!
