The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clinton throws a leg kick
and Battle counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like George Clinton has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Clinton or perhaps it was just good defense by Battle which made him look bad.
Battle misses with a body shot.
Clinton takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clinton shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Battle defends it nicely.
Battle closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Clinton! Battle dives in looking to finish! Clinton is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
