Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Quandu Zornach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Esko Takanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zornach comes into the arena with Man Of The Year by Drake blaring out of the sound system. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quandu Zornach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 10 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Esko Takanen!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takanen uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Zornach has time to react.
Takanen misses with a double jab.
Takanen throws a lazy uppercut
and Zornach counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Zornach moves away from the strike by Takanen.
Takanen drops Zornach with a beautiful combination! Zornach stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Takanen is looking for the KO!
Zornach is rocked!
It looks like Quandu Zornach has been cut.
Zornach thows a leg kick but Takanen checks it
and Takanen counters with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zornach moves away from the strike by Takanen.

Takanen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Takanen misses with a straight right.
Zornach shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Takanen eats them both and turns towards Zornach to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Takanen keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Takanen throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Zornach counters with a left to the body.
Zornach looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Takanen throws a poor cross that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Takanen darts in and clinches Zornach up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Takanen misses with a hook from the clinch.
Takanen lands a body punch.
Takanen lands a left hand that snaps the head of Zornach backwards.
Takanen missing with knees to the body.
Takanen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Takanen throws a right hand that misses
and Zornach counters with a three punch combo that has Takanen backing up. Takanen nods at Zornach to acknowledge the strikes.
Takanen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Zornach manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Takanen wants to clinch.
Zornach lands a two punch combo.
Zornach bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Takanen misses with a straight right.
Zornach misses with a left hand
and Takanen makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Takanen throws a quick inside leg kick.
Takanen moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Zornach avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Quandu Zornach will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Takanen takes a swing at Zornach's ribcage but misses.
Zornach misses with a double jab
and Zornach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Takanen looks to land a right hand but Zornach moved out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Takanen misses with a left hand
and Zornach counters with a good low kick that Takanen was not able to check.
Zornach looks to land a combination but Takanen avoids it well.

Zornach misses with a double jab
letting Takanen counter with a right hand.
Zornach throws a left and a right that both miss
and Zornach takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Zornach tries a head kick but it misses.
Takanen misses with the combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zornach takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Takanen misses with a right hand
and Zornach counters with a left and a right that stings Takanen.
Zornach misses with a wild combination.
Takanen misses with an uppercut
and Zornach counters with a one-two to the body.
Zornach ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
A slow jab from Takanen misses its intended target.
Zornach throws a head kick that misses
and Takanen counters with a crisp one two that drops Zornach! Takanen thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Zornach to his feet! Zornach is in big trouble!
Oh Zornach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Takanen misses with a left hand
and Zornach counters with a three punch combo that has Takanen backing up. Takanen nods at Zornach to acknowledge the strikes.
Zornach seems to have got his legs back now.
Takanen clobbers Zornach with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Takanen lands a big right hook! Zornach looks hurt but is still standing! Takanen lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Zornach falls down and Takanen dives in with a huge hammer fist! Zornach's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Takanen runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Esko Takanen!
