Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tai Stick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kokou Dossevi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stick comes to the cage accompanied by Samoa Island National Anthem. Dossevi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. "Killers" by Motörhead kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kokou Dossevi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dossevi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dossevi lands in his opponent's guard.

Stick looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Dossevi stands and throws Stick's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Dossevi is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Stick will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Dossevi in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
The referee asks Dossevi politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Dossevi prefers to stall for the moment though.
Dossevi looks up at the clock and then as Stick takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Dossevi smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Dossevi is chipping away with strikes.
Stick is looking to regain half guard here but Dossevi keeps moving and retains side control.
Dossevi takes a little break here. Stick wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Stick tries to buck Dossevi off but Dossevi is having none of it.

Dossevi is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Stick's shoulder. That is not cool.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stick is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Dossevi lands an elbow.

Dossevi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dossevi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Stick is working to avoid the ground and pound but Dossevi connects with a decent elbow.

Dossevi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Stick knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Dossevi postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Stick looks a forlorn figure.
Stick knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dossevi on the ground.
Dossevi connects with a bit shot that sees Stick covering up! More strikes from Dossevi and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Dossevi is our winner by TKO!
