Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Francois Pignon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pignon's entrance music is Monster. A fine choice. Anderson has chosen You're Going Down as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chris Anderson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pignon with a lazy takedown attempt

and Anderson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Pignon's guard now.
Pignon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Anderson manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pignon passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Anderson is trying to get back to half guard.
Anderson tries to escape but Pignon is in control.

Pignon is trying to get an arm triangle but Anderson is defending well.

Pignon is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Anderson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Pignon has hold of Anderson's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Anderson seems comfortable defending it but Pignon has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Anderson is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Anderson is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Pignon couldn't care less - he's delighted!
