Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cyrus Sawyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peyote Pete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Peyote Pete!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Pete.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pete is working to tighten is grip on Sawyer's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Sawyer has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pete is really squeezing tight and eventually Sawyer passes out! Pete breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Peyote Pete!
