Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Oyster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maribek Taisumov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oyster throws a combination that misses
and Taisumov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice defenses there by Taisumov.
Oyster throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oyster just misses with a punch to the body.
Taisumov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Oyster did well to prevent Taisumov getting side control.
Taisumov decides to return to a standing position.
Nice uppercut lands for Oyster. That snapped Taisumov's head back.
Taisumov throws a right and a left that Oyster avoids nicely.
Taisumov fails with the takedown.
Oyster scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Taisumov doesn't seem bothered though.
Taisumov is looking to clinch.
Johnny Oyster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Oyster cracks Taisumov with a right hand to the side of the head.
Oyster smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Taisumov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Oyster lands a jab.

Oyster scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Taisumov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Oyster defends it nicely.
Taisumov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Oyster did well to prevent Taisumov getting side control.

Taisumov wants to pass the guard but Oyster is defending well.

Taisumov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Oyster is just riding it out for now. Taisumov eventually gives up the hold.

Taisumov tries to pass to full mount but Oyster defends it.
Oyster is looking for a sweep. Taisumov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Taisumov is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Maribek Taisumov.
Oyster lands a nice shot to the body.
Oyster scores with a punch to the head.

Oyster is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Taisumov.
Taisumov on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Oyster blocks a head kick by Taisumov.
Oyster misses the shot to the body.
Taisumov doesn't manage to clinch there - Oyster circles away.
Taisumov walks into a stiff left hand from Oyster.
Oyster avoids the head kick by Taisumov.
A left lands for Oyster.
Oyster misses with a body punch
so Taisumov counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Taisumov looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Taisumov won't allow Oyster to sweep him here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Taisumov missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Taisumov stays in close to Oyster's body and controls the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Johnny Oyster will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Oyster misses with a lunging right hand
and Taisumov counters by clinching up.
Taisumov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Taisumov drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Taisumov passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Oyster!
Taisumov controlling the position easily from mount.
Taisumov punching from mount but Oyster doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Taisumov has hold of Oyster's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Oyster manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Oyster tries to control Taisumov's body but Taisumov pushes him off. Oyster squirms to his side and now Taisumov has his back!
What can Oyster do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Oyster is really stuck here.
Taisumov is working for a rear naked choke. Oyster is not defending it well and Taisumov has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Oyster refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Oyster's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Maribek Taisumov!
