Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Saskai Boock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Saskai Boock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anderson Silva!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boock gets a clinch.
Boock prevents Silva from breaking the clinch.
Silva tries to pull guard but Boock won't allow it.
Silva pulls Boock into guard.
Silva has a closed guard, preventing Boock from standing up.
Boock trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Boock wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.
Silva is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Boock is controlling him.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Boock accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Silva uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Boock tries to score a body lock takedown but Silva shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Boock is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Silva is defending well for now.

Boock escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Silva gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boock has control of Silva's left arm, preventing Silva from doing any damage.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Boock shoots in for a double leg but Silva sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Boock has his takedown stuffed
and Silva counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Saskai Boock is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

enabling Silva to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Saskai Boock has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Silva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Boock, pushing him back against the cage.
Silva tries to pull guard but Boock holds him up against the cage and eventually Silva drops back down to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Boock throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Boock throws a right and a left that Silva avoids nicely.
Silva throws a predictable looking body shot
and Boock counters by moving into the clinch.
Boock gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Silva.
Saskai Boock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Anderson Silva.
Boock tries to pull guard but Silva won't allow it.
Boock breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Boock has Silva up against the cage in a clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Boock.

Boock bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Silva is looking to reverse the position.

Boock tries to control but Silva wriggling away.

That was a close second round but I would say that Saskai Boock will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Saskai Boock's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
Silva tries to keep at a distance but Boock has taken the fight into the clinch.
Boock jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silva walks away with a smile on his face. Boock gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Boock swinging wildly here.
Silva takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva.
Silva circles away from the clinch attempt
and Silva counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Silva.
Boock wants a takedown but no success here.

Boock is struggling to control the position.
Boock pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Silva tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Boock counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Boock wants to get back to striking at distance but Silva won't allow it.
Silva has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Boock avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Boock has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Boock's legs - danger averted.
