Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forest Gump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric the hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Forest Gump has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Forest Gump!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric the hammer!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gump stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gump wants it to stay on the feet.
Gump lands the left hand.
Nice body punch from Gump.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from the hammer.
the hammer shoots in looking for a takedown. Gump tries to sprawl out of it but the hammer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gump manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Forest Gump has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric the hammer.
Gump scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
the hammer gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
the hammer is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gump sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Gump connects with a right hand. the hammer shakes it off.
Gump dips to his left and cracks the hammer with an uppercut!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A jab from Gump does it's job there.
the hammer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
the hammer looks gassed!
the hammer takes a shot right to the bread basket.
the hammer moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Eric the hammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
the hammer takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gump lands a left and a right that sends the hammer crashing to the canvas! Gump dives into mount looking to finish!
the hammer is rocked!
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Gump! the hammer is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Forest Gump!
