4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Igor Vasyanovich! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Charles Harrison! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vasyanovich clinches with his opponent.
Vasyanovich gets a trip takedown into half guard. Vasyanovich looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Harrison is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Vasyanovich sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Harrison defending well though. Vasyanovich with the ground and pound but Harrison uses the opportunity to regain guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Vasyanovich throws a strike but Harrison rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Vasyanovich is looking to stand up but Harrison isn't so interested in that idea. Harrison wants to control from the top but Vasyanovich keeps moving. Harrison throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Vasyanovich striking off his back but it's not causing Harrison any problems. Vasyanovich knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Harrison on the ground. Vasyanovich looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrison trying to control but Vasyanovich is working from the bottom. Harrison working some strikes from top position. Harrison trying to control but Vasyanovich is working from the bottom. Vasyanovich punching from the bottom - just letting Harrison know he's still in a fight. Harrison preventing the sweep. Harrison thows a big elbow that misses. Vasyanovich trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Harrison drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harrison jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Vasyanovich looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Harrison puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Harrison is trying to control. Vasyanovich wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Harrison connects with a nice short shot to Vasyanovich's temple. Vasyanovich trying to get back to full guard but Harrison takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Harrison with the ground and pound from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vasyanovich chipping away with body shots but they're not going to hurt Harrison. Harrison in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Vasyanovich tries to get back to half guard but can't. Harrison working for a submission but Vasyanovich is keeping him at bay. Vasyanovich tries to reverse the position but Harrison maintains control. Vasyanovich is squirming around, avoiding Harrison's attempts to control the action. Vasyanovich is desperately trying to improve his position but Harrison has a good base and remains in mount. Harrison blocks Vasyanovich's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Harrison controlling his opponent. Vasyanovich is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Vasyanovich throwing hammer fists to the chest of Harrison. What's that going to do exactly? Vasyanovich is trying to escape the mount.
Vasyanovich is squirming around, avoiding Harrison's attempts to control the action. Harrison is landing with some decent strikes but Vasyanovich is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Vasyanovich on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Vasyanovich tries to get out of the position. Harrison with shots to the head and body - Vasyanovich looks very uncomfortable down there. Vasyanovich is looking to get to half guard. Vasyanovich is working hard here to advance position. Harrison is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Vasyanovich can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Vasyanovich can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harrison wants to control the pace but Vasyanovich is squirming around nicely. Harrison wants to finish this one by submission but Vasyanovich is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Harrison. Vasyanovich is in all sorts of trouble here.
Vasyanovich takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Vasyanovich is working to get back to half guard.
Harrison looking to control but Vasyanovich is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Harrison looking to finish Vasyanovich with some ground and pound. This is bad for Vasyanovich! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harrison wants to control the pace but Vasyanovich is squirming around nicely. Harrison lands a big shot there that rocks Vasyanovich but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Harrison lands with a right hand. Vasyanovich scores a takedown into full mount! A nice elbow there by Vasyanovich. Harrison keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Harrison is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Vasyanovich misses with a head shot. Vasyanovich breaks from Harrison's wrist control and lands an elbow. Vasyanovich in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. BOOM! Vasyanovich connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Harrison is rocked! Harrison wants to hold on but Vasyanovich pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vasyanovich softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Harrison is out cold! Vasyanovich jumps to his feet and celebrates on the ropes with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Igor Vasyanovich!
