Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Iso Sielu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Clergia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sielu comes to the ring accompanied by POMPPUFIILIS!!. Sielu has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sielu on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Clergia. Clergia obviously looking to wear him down.
Sielu is breathing heavily.
Clergia throws a jab but it's blocked by Sielu.
Clergia lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Clergia throws a head kick that misses.
Clergia throws a lazy right hand but Sielu sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Clergia throws a front kick that sends Sielu stumbling back into the ropes.

Clergia feints and then cracks Sielu's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sielu down.
Al Clergia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Clergia moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Clergia lands with a nice combination. Sielu backs away looking to recover.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Clergia throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Sielu on the side of the head.
Clergia fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sielu looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sielu closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Al Clergia dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Clergia throws the left hand but Sielu avoids the punch easily.
Clergia lands with a kick to the ribs.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Sielu might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
Clergia swings for the body but Sielu moves out of range.
Clergia turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Clergia feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sielus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Clergia has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Clergia catches Sielu with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Clergia feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sielus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Clergia dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Sielu. That did some damage!

Al Clergia seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Clergia thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sielu if he has to take too many more of those.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Clergia throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Iso Sielu has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Clergia misses with a hook. Sielu ducked under it nicely.

Al Clergia comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Clergia has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
