Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Totman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mile Kekin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Totman comes to the cage accompanied by Operation Ground and Pound. Kekin has chosen Love and Drinking as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Totman looks to score with a jab to the body but Kekin is just out of range.

Kekin fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Totman checks it well.
Kekin blocks a head kick by Totman.
Kekin throws a hook but Totman avoids it easily.
Mile Kekin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kekin lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Totman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Totman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kekin cracks a nice hook into Totman's ribs.
Totman throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kekin on the side of the head.

Totman lands with a kick to the temple. Kekin shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Kekin throws a predictable looking body shot
and Totman counters with a left and a right that stings Kekin.

and Totman counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Totman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kekin manages to avoid it.
Totman steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kekin.
Kekin blocks a head kick by Totman.

Kekin connects with a leg kick. Totman looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Totman counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Kekin tries to clinch there but Totman circles away.
Kekin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Totman paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kekin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Totman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Kekin counters with a stiff right hand.

Kekin jabs Totman to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Kekin's corner calls for a 1-2. Kekin obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

and Totman counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kekin's knee momentarily.
Kekin misses with a wild body shot.
Totman wants to clinch.
Kekin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Totman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Totman counters with a leg kick.
Totman ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Kekin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Totman was well out of range. Poor timing from Kekin.

and Kekin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kekin rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Totman counters with a straight right hand.
Kekin misses with an attempted mid kick.
A cross from Kekin lands.
Kekin lands with a straight right. Totman didn't see that one coming.
Totman takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

letting Kekin counter with a right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kekin dodges the punch combination from Totman.
Totman lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Kekin throws out a leg kick but Totman moves out of range and Kekin only half commits.
Totman cracks the inside of Kekin's front leg.

Kekin throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Totman counters with a slapping leg kick.
Totman misses the jab.
Totman swings widly with a right hand
letting Kekin counter with a right hand.
Totman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kekin.
Totman is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Totman throws an off balance right hand
and Kekin counters with a crisp one two that drops Totman! Kekin thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Totman to his feet! Totman is in big trouble!
Totman is rocked!
A slow jab from Kekin misses its intended target.
Oh Totman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Totman throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kekin.
Kekin throws a jab when Totman was well out of range.
Kekin drops Totman with a straight right hand, right on the button! Kekin follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
