Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie Wigfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wigfield has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Mike Brown had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown feints and as Wigfield raises his hands in defense, Brown changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wigfield looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Wigfield utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Brown is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Brown looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Brown thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Brown is working to tighten is grip on Wigfield's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Wigfield has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Brown is really squeezing tight and eventually Wigfield passes out! Brown breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
