The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Scorcher fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Williams sprawls well initially but Scorcher persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Williams is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Scorcher jumps into side control!
Scorcher is looking to take a break and control but Williams is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Scorcher gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Scorcher apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Well Scorcher has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
