Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buddy McGraw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Doe might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to How could I just kill a man. McGraw has chosen Dropkick Murphys: Forever as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Doe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Buddy McGraw!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
McGraw throws a head kick that misses
and Doe counters with a solid body kick.
John Doe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McGraw looks gassed!
That kick from Doe tenderised McGraw's leg. McGraw is trying to keep his angry face on.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Doe lands with a nice body kick.
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but McGraw paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Doe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Doe throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Doe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but McGraw moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Doe scores with a spinning back kick!
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch but McGraw swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Doe closes the distance and clinches.
Doe works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Doe pushes McGraw back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Doe's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
A frustrated look appears on McGraw's face as he tries to break the clinch.
McGraw is looking to break free of the clinch but Doe has double underhooks.
Doe tries for a takedown but McGraw manages to get underhooks.
Doe lands a right hand.
McGraw jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Doe walks away with a smile on his face. McGraw gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Doe chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Doe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McGraw but McGraw pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Buddy McGraw is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A head kick misses from Doe.
Doe throws an off balance right hand
letting McGraw counter with a right hand.
McGraw throws the left hand but Doe avoids the punch easily.

Doe swings widly with a right hand
letting McGraw counter with a right hand.
Doe feints and then cracks McGraw's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McGraw down.
Doe misses with a takedown attempt - McGraw sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Doe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McGraw rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Doe counters with a slapping leg kick.

Doe throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McGraw counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
McGraw throws a poor cross that misses
and Doe counters with a head kick.
McGraw stalks Doe and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Doe's face. Doe staggers backwards, shaken.
A shot to the body from Doe misses
and McGraw makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and McGraw counters with a lovely straight right hand!
McGraw misses with a hook
and Doe counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
McGraw throws a lazy right hand but Doe sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
McGraw slips a jab and a cross from Doe.
McGraw throws a lazy uppercut
and Doe counters with a nice uppercut.
Doe connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Doe misses with a jab, cross combination.

McGraw tries to keep at a distance but Doe has taken the fight into the clinch.
Doe lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
McGraw misses with a short punch on the inside.
McGraw tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Doe lands a body punch.
McGraw tries to break free but Doe pushes him back against the cage.
McGraw stops a takedown attempt from Doe.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Doe.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Doe as McGraw tries to tie him up.
Doe scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Doe is leaning against McGraw and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
Doe lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of McGraw backwards.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Doe creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
This has been an exciting period of action!

McGraw is trying to force a seperation but Doe has the dominant position.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Doe lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
McGraw is looking to break free of the clinch but Doe has double underhooks.

Doe wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGraw keeps working.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Doe dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and Doe holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Doe.

McGraw is trying to break the clinch but Doe is controlling him.
Doe drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
McGraw tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Doe smiles and moves away.
McGraw misses with a left hand
and Doe counters with a leg kick.
McGraw swats away the attempt to clinch by Doe.
Doe fails in his attempt to clinch.
Doe jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Doe throws a nice looking combination but McGraw bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McGraw throws an overhand right that lands on Doe's shoulder, as Doe tries to avoid the shot.
McGraw tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Doe was well out of range. Poor timing from McGraw.
Doe bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Doe throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
McGraw jabbing away but nothing is landing.

and Doe counters with a left to the body.
Doe tries to clinch up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch up but McGraw swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A solid leg kick lands there for Doe.

and Doe counters with a nice body shot.
Doe tries a head kick but it misses.
Doe fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
McGraw misses with a right hand
and Doe counters with a solid body kick.
John Doe is winning the standup battle so far.
Sloppy strikes from Doe. Those never looked like landing.
Nice jab there from Doe.
McGraw misses with a lunging right hand
and Doe counters with a low kick, right behind McGraw 's knee.

Doe throws a series of punches but McGraw moves out of range.
A left lands for Doe.
McGraw staying out of range there.
Doe misses with a head kick.
McGraw might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Doe throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and McGraw connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
McGraw throws a good cross that connects.
McGraw swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Doe counters by moving into the clinch.
McGraw tries to circle away but Doe has him pinned against the cage.
Doe lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Doe keeps the fight in the clinch, despite McGraw's efforts to push away.

Doe lands with an uppercut that bounces McGraw off the cage and back into rage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Doe tries to close the distance and clinch but McGraw swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

John Doe dominated that second round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

letting Doe counter with a right hand.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Doe, right into the meat.
McGraw takes a head kick and keeps coming.
McGraw misses the shot to the body.
McGraw takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.


McGraw is rocked!
Doe looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Doe backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks McGraw's temple! It sends McGraw violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Doe celebrates and the doctors try to help McGraw!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). John Doe!
