Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Baby Jesus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curtis Lind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lind misses with a left hand
and Jesus counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Lind is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Jesus misses with a body punch
and Lind counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Jesus misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lind.
Jesus stuns Lind with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jesus gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lind slips a jab from Jesus.
Jesus throws a combination that misses
and Lind counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lind slips a jab and a cross from Jesus.
Baby Jesus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jesus drops his hands momentarily and Lind takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lind avoids a punch combination nicely.
Some bone on bone action there as Jesus checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

and Lind counters with a nice leg kick.

Lind clinches up with Jesus and pushes him back against the cage.
Lind digs a right hand underneath Jesus's ribcage. Jesus let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Lind throws a knee to the head but misses.
Jesus lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lind backwards.
Lind goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Nice body punch from Lind - that landed with a thud.
Jesus is breathing heavily.
A left hand lands to the body for Lind.
Lind will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jesus up against the cage.
Lind lands with a short shot to the head.
Lind misses with a body punch.
Jesus blocks the elbow strike.
Lind fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Lind taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Lind tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Jesus working hard to break the clinch.
Lind lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Lind doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Jesus looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lind.
Lind content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Lind lands a body punch in the clinch.
Jesus avoiding damage as Lind throws knees to the body.
Lind is pushing Jesus up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
The crowd are getting on Lind's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
Lind tries to work over Jesus's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Lind.
The referee is keeping an eye on Lind - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Jesus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jesus throws a big shot that misses.
Lind buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lind fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lind lands a really nice looking cross but Jesus seems unphased.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jesus enables Lind to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jesus manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Jesus is rocked!
Lind slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Oh Jesus is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jesus seems to have got his legs back now.
Jesus can't keep his opponent in guard - Lind advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lind stalling.
Lind's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Curtis Lind has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Jesus scores with a jab to the jaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jesus on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Lind closes the distance and clinches.
Lind slows down the pace here.

Jesus pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lind uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jesus.
Jesus throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jesus throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Jesus swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lind counters with a straight right hand.
Jesus throws a left and a right that both miss
enabling Lind to counter with a crisp jab.
Jesus swings widly with a right hand
and Lind counters with a thumping low kick.
Lind drops Jesus with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Jesus! Lind dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
