Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Robert Singer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Monte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Adam Monte!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Monte has his takedown stuffed
enabling Singer to counter with a crisp jab.

Singer sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Monte's guard.

Robert Singer overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Singer seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Monte for as long as he can get away with.

Monte doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Singer counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Singer is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Monte doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Singer.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Singer in particular looking to stall.

Singer is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Monte is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Monte flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Singer anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Monte and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Singer slips an arm under Monte chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Singer has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Singer is squeezing on Monte like an anaconda would it's prey. Monte fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
