The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Willie misses with a looping left.
Kuukap ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Kuukap ducks under a wild hook from Willie.
Willie scores with the left hand. Kuukap knows he should have avoided that one.
Kuukap fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Willie on the side of the head.
Willie slips under a jab.
Kuukap is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kuukap connects with a good right hand that stumbles Willie. Willie circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Nice defenses there by Kuukap.
Kuukap bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Willie throws a combination that misses
and Kuukap counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Willie counters with a nice right hand that sends Kuukap toppling to the canvas! Kuukap scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Willie finish him?!
It looks like Kaido Kuukap has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Are you kidding me?! Willie ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Kuukap clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
