The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carrow manages to avoid it.

Carrow is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by James.

James throws a series of punches but Carrow avoids them all with ease.

and James counters with a three punch combo that has Carrow backing up. Carrow nods at James to acknowledge the strikes.

James stuns Carrow with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and James finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
James lands a big head kick that sends Carrow tumbling to the mat! James takes a step backwards and waves Carrow back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The fighters circle momentarily. James darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

James tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Carrow cranks the arm and James screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from James, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
