Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Buffalohead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Bija (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bija has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bija throws an off balance right hand
and Buffalohead counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bija looks gassed!
Bija misses with a hook
and Buffalohead counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Buffalohead fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bija, pushing him back against the cage.
Buffalohead tries for a takedown but Bija manages to get underhooks.
Buffalohead wants a takedown but no success here.
Buffalohead stalling in the clinch but Bija improves position.
Buffalohead gets control of Bija's arms and successfully pulls guard. Buffalohead will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Bija must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Buffalohead is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Buffalohead manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bija manages to get himself to full guard.
Buffalohead passes into half guard.
Buffalohead in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Bija tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Buffalohead!
