Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ncaa Champion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Castillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castillo has chosen Till I Collapse by Eminem as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joey Castillo!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, David Schapiro and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Champion tries for a takedown but Castillo circles away easily
and Castillo counters with a straight right hand.

Castillo closes the distance and pushes Champion back into the cage.
Knees in the clinch landing for Castillo.
Champion wants a takedown but no success here.
Champion has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Castillo avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Champion shoots in and gets a takedown into Castillo's guard.

Champion stands up over Castillo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Champion is trying to control the action in half guard but Castillo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Ncaa Champion showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Castillo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
