Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lamar Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Sera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tatum comes into the arena with Lil John blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sera on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Tatum tries to close the distance and clinch but Sera swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sera takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Sera checks a leg kick.

Tatum takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Sera connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Sera has taken the fight to the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
Sera will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Tatum up against the cage.
Still in the clinch, Tatum scores with a nice short uppercut.
Tatum is trying to stall.
A right hook to the body lands for Sera.
Sera has Tatum pushed against the cage.
Sera blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Sera lands with a short shot to the head.

Sera pushes Tatum back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Sera pulls guard effortlessly.
Tatum sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Sera's guard.
Sera slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Tatum is breathing heavily.

Sera looking for a sweep. Not yet Sera, not yet.
Sera pushes a forearm under Tatum's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Tatum is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
