Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denny Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tuberculo Meningitis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chase kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Forever. Denny Chase has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Denny Chase! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tuberculo Meningitis! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chase drives through and clinches with Meningitis against the cage.
Meningitis tries for a takedown. No joy.
Meningitis has Chase pressed against the cage, preventing Chase from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Meningitis has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Chase is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Chase wants to get back to striking at distance but Meningitis won't allow it.

Meningitis is working for takedown but Chase is calmly controlling the position for now. Denny Chase has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tuberculo Meningitis. Chase breaks from the clinch.
Chase defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Meningitis. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chase lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Meningitis at a distance.
Meningitis fails with the takedown and Chase counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Chase stuns Meningitis with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Meningitis shoots for a takedown but Chase saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Meningitis with a poor takedown and Chase counters with a straight right hand. Meningitis shoots and misses and Chase counters by moving into the clinch. Meningitis looks gassed! Chase's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's one minute gone in the round. Meningitis ducks right into an uppercut from Chase. Chase throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Meningitis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Meningitis fails with the takedown and Chase counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Chase stands up and waves to Meningitis to follow him. Chase connects with a jab. Chase lands with a shot to the body. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Chase connects with the punch. Chase scores with a jab to the head.
Chase connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Meningitis's hands. Chase shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Meningitis napping and manages to drive through into side control! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chase stands up and we're back to a striking position. Chase connects with a good right hand that stumbles Meningitis. Meningitis circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Meningitis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Chase lands an overhand right. Chase catches Meningitis with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Meningitis takes one to the side of the head.

Meningitis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Chase has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Meningitis is proving hard to escape from.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chase stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Meningitis swivels though and keeps the full guard. Meningitis looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Chase wanted to stand there but Meningitis had control of the position. Meningitis looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Chase gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Chase connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Meningitis's hands. Meningitis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Chase counter with a right hand. Chase lands with a hook. Meningitis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Chase dips to his left and cracks Meningitis with an uppercut! Chase closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Meningitis to the mat! Meningitis manages to get full guard. Chase would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Meningitis is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Meningitis has his feet on Chase's thighs here. He's pushed Chase off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Chase screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
