Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eves Deuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Osama Obama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Obama has chosen Obamillie as his entrance music. Eves Deuda has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eves Deuda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Osama Obama! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Anthony Taglia and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Obama gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Deuda counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Obama darts in and clinches Deuda up against the cage. Obama is struggling to control the position. Deuda has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Obama clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Obama is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Deuda gets his way!
Deuda thows a strike but Obama uses the opportunity to reverse the position! Great move by Obama as he ends up in Deuda 's guard! Obama trying to control but Deuda is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Obama might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Deuda kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Deuda working a defensive guard here.
Obama passes into half guard. Deuda wants to control but Obama is keeping busy and won't allow it. Obama is trying to control the action in half guard but Deuda is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Deuda knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Obama on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Obama tries for a takedown but Deuda circles away easily and Obama takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Obama misses with a takedown and Deuda counters with a lovely straight right hand! Eves Deuda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Osama Obama. Obama shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Deuda manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Deuda is breathing heavily. Obama is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Obama stopping the sweep attempt from Deuda. Deuda lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Obama! Obama wants to control but Deuda is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Obama has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Deuda's lack of action.
Obama is trying to stand up here but Deuda is controlling him well. Obama is refusing to be controlled, as Deuda sits in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. The fighters are battling for position here. Obama manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Deuda won't allow Obama to sweep him here. Deuda is looking to work some ground and pound but Obama has wrist control. Obama wants to stand and escape but Deuda is having none of it. Deuda has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Obama trying to keep a closed guard but Deuda is proving a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eves Deuda will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Obama is looking to clinch. Deuda could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Obama with a poor takedown enabling Deuda to counter with a crisp jab. Deuda shoots in and gets a takedown into Obama's guard. Obama controls Deuda momentarily but Deuda frees himself. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Obama holds on and takes a little breather. Obama tries to land a sweep but no joy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Obama is working an open guard so Deuda takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Obama misses with a takedown and Deuda decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Obama's guard. Obama wants to stand but Deuda is controlling the position. Deuda looking to sit in guard and control but Obama gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Obama trying to control but Deuda is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Obama looking to sit in guard and control but Deuda gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Obama is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Deuda controlling the position well.

Obama thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Obama seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Deuda does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Obama moves into full mount! Deuda won't be happy about that! Obama trying to control but Deuda is having none of it. Obama raining down hammerfists from mount. Deuda tries to hold on but Obama postures up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Deuda is looking to get to half guard. Obama working away from the top, dropping strikes. Eves Deuda overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Obama scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Deuda is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Obama trying to control but Deuda is having none of it. Obama is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Obama controlling the position easily from mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eves Deuda dominated that second round. That's time! Deuda's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Nice sprawl there from Deuda as Obama shoots in. Obama misses with a takedown and Deuda counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Obama's guard now. Obama wants to stand up but Deuda is controlling him. Obama working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Deuda. Deuda sitting in guard here, content to control. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Deuda postures up in Obama's guard and throws a big left but Obama blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deuda looking to pass the guard. Deuda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Obama is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Eves Deuda just wasn't active enough. Obama misses with a takedown and Deuda counters with a nice body kick. Eves Deuda has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Osama Obama. Obama shoots and misses and Deuda counters with a takedown into side control. Obama sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Obama trying to control here.
Deuda controlling the action here. Deuda trying to control from Obama's half guard. Obama has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deuda has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Obama is proving hard to escape from. Obama pushes Deuda off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. No luck with that takedown attempt from Obama. Obama tries for a takedown but Deuda circles away easily and Deuda moves into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Deuda prevents the takedown attempt.
Deuda is pressed up against the cage. Obama has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Deuda down to the mat. Deuda avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Obama doesn't succeed with the takedown and Deuda holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Obama misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Deuda.
Deuda lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Deuda takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Eves Deuda showed his dominance in that final round. Well Deuda has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
