Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Helmet throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Jones throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Helmet was covering up waiting for the punch and Jones finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Jones is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Jon Jones was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Helmet pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Helmet throws a head kick that misses.
Jones throws a shot from downtown. Helmet moves away and avoids it.
Jones misses with a low kick as Helmet jumps back.

Jones throws out a loose jab but Helmet uses good head movement to avoid it.

Smooth Helmet is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Jones loads up on a big right hand but Helmet slips the punch.
Jones tries a low kick but Helmet avoids it.
Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Helmet quickly recovers to half guard.
Jones maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Helmet could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Jones has cracked it and Helmet is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Jones!
