Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nao Sakumichi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parker comes to the ring accompanied by Gangsta Gangsta. Nao Sakumichi told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Parker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nao Sakumichi! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker ducks under a wild hook from Sakumichi. Jason Parker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Parker slaps away a takedown attempt from Sakumichi, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sakumichi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parker tries to avoid it but Sakumichi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parker to the ground. Parker escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Parker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Sakumichi. Sakumichi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Parker circles away. Jason Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nao Sakumichi. Sakumichi drives through with a takedown into guard. Sakumichi pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Parker is keeping the position for now. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sakumichi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sakumichi wants to pass the guard but Parker is keeping the position. Sakumichi landing some decent shots from guard. Sakumichi passes easily into side control. Nice work. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Parker takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Sakumichi connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Parker some visible discomfort.
Check out the look on Sakumichi's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Sakumichi cracks Parker with a big right hand but Parker just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Sakumichi landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Parker is breathing heavily. Sakumichi working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Parker takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Sakumichi lands an elbow.
Parker is rocked! Parker gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sakumichi lands a big elbow. Oh Parker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sakumichi controlling his opponent. Parker seems to have got his legs back now. Sakumichi punishing his opponent with strikes. Sakumichi looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Sakumichi cracks Parker with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
