The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saverin throws out a leg kick but McIllrivy moves out of range and Saverin only half commits.
McIllrivy misses with a takedown
and Saverin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Saverin .

McIllrivy is refusing to be controlled, as Saverin sits in half guard.
Saverin is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Eduardo Saverin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Saverin throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. McIllrivy tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Saverin is in McIllrivy's guard.
McIllrivy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Saverin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Saverin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

McIllrivy is trying to escape the mount but Saverin keeps good control and instead manages to take McIllrivy's back.
Saverin has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. McIllrivy is defending well but eventually Saverin manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! McIllrivy has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
