The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oak drives through with a takedown into guard.
Jones looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Oak stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Oak throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oak off to one side.
Oak is looking to clinch.
Oak gets the takedown into side control.
Oak has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Jones is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Oak yanks on the arm and Jones is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Oak.
