The judges for this bout are William Gold, Colin Fotheringham and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pancrazio tries a head kick but it misses.
Pancrazio takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pancrazio tries to clinch but Finney is having none of it.
Finney lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Finney.
It looks like Blake Pancrazio has been cut.
Finney thuds his right hand into Pancrazio's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Pancrazio is rocked!
Peter Finney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Finney fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Pancrazio is still on wobbly legs! Can Finney finish him?
Finney throws a nice looking combination but Pancrazio bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pancrazio seems to have recovered his senses.
Finney throws a right and a left that Pancrazio avoids nicely.
Pancrazio is looking to clinch but Finney is avoiding it.

Pancrazio tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Finney throws a lazy head kick
and Pancrazio counters with a solid body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Finney misses with an uppercut.
Pancrazio tries to close the distance and clinch but Finney swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Finney avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Finney misses with a kick to the body
and Pancrazio counters with a flying knee that sends his opponent to the canvas! Pancrazio looking to finish!
Finney is rocked!
Finney knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pancrazio on the ground.
Pancrazio slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Oh Finney is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pancrazio in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Finney is breathing heavily.
Pancrazio misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Finney seems to have got his legs back now.
Finney wants to control but Pancrazio postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pancrazio has an Americana. Finney didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Pancrazio is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Pancrazio hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
