Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between jay dee Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcelo Veterano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Veterano comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Razor kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn with a lazy takedown attempt
and Veterano counters with a nice uppercut.

It looks like jay dee Penn has been cut.
Veterano throws a hook but Penn blocks it.
Veterano stuffs the takedown.
Veterano cracks Penn with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Veterano scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Penn shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for jay dee Penn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Penn tries for a takedown but Veterano sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Veterano steps into range and cracks Penn with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Penn flops backwards and Veterano dives into his guard looking to finish!

Penn is rocked!
Veterano landing some decent shots from guard.
Oh Penn is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Veterano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Penn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Veterano decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Penn, up you get!
Penn seems to have got his legs back now.
A combination from Veterano does no damage.
Penn backs away from a small jab...but Veterano lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Penn crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Veterano with a spectacular finish!
