Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Van Struve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomi Juntunen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tomi Juntunen will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Van Struve!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tomi Juntunen!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Juntunen looks to clinch
and Struve cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Juntunen throws a lazy head kick
and Struve counters with a straight right hand.
Juntunen moves to clinch but Struve breaks away
and Struve counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Juntunen tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Struve is able to avoid easily.
Juntunen throws a leg kick
letting Struve counter with a right hand.
Struve instigates a clinch.
Juntunen gets underhooks to prevent Struve's takedown attempt.
Juntunen lands a nice elbow.
Struve can't break the clinch.
Juntunen throws an elbow but it misses.
Struve blocks an elbow strike.
Juntunen tries to stall but Struve uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Struve tries to pull guard but Juntunen won't allow it.
Struve breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Struve really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Juntunen moves to clinch but Struve breaks away
and Struve counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Juntunen's guard now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Struve makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Juntunen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Struve. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Juntunen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Struve is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Struve pushing down on Juntunen's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Struve missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Struve drops an elbow to the side of Juntunen's head.

Struve not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Struve passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Juntunen!
Struve postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Juntunen looks a forlorn figure.
Struve takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Struve lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Struve pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
It looks like Tomi Juntunen has been cut.
Struve has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Struve is landing with some decent strikes but Juntunen is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

The cut above Tomi Juntunen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Struve controlling the pace for now.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Struve cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Tomi Juntunen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Tomi Juntunen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Van Struve!
