Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dana Fertitta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Mad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mad's choice of entrance music: Move aside and let the man go through. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fertitta walks into a jab.
Mad fails in his attempt to clinch.
Mad feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fertitta bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Mad's guard.
Mad has momentary wrist control but Fertitta slips an elbow through the middle.
Mad working for a triangle but Fertitta defends it easily.
Mad keeping moving, preventing Fertitta from controlling successfully.
Fertitta wants to pass the guard but Mad is keeping the position.
Fertitta looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Mad puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Fertitta is defending against the submission attempts here by Mad.
Fertitta gets full guard.
Fertitta working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Mad doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Fertitta is tightening it up a little... Mad has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Mad reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Mad taps out! nice BJJ there by Fertitta!
