The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Koa.
Jahkvilk throws a series of punches but Koa moves out of range.
No joy there for Jahkvilk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A punch combination from Jahkvilk misses.
Koa blocks a leg kick.
Koa misses with a takedown
and Jahkvilk counters with a left and a right that stings Koa.
Koa takes a swing at Jahkvilk's ribcage but misses.
Jahkvilk misses with a few strikes there.
Jahkvilk slaps away a takedown attempt from Koa, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jahkvilk rushes Koa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Koa is looking to break free of the clinch but Jahkvilk has double underhooks.
Jahkvilk prevents Koa from breaking the clinch.
Jahkvilk tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Koa just stands there and leans against the cage.

Koa goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Koa jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jahkvilk walks away with a smile on his face. Koa gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Makua Koa. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Koa misses with an uppercut. Jahkvilk saw that one coming.
Jahkvilk throws a right and a left that both miss.
Koa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Jahkvilk cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Jahkvilk sends Koa crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Jahkvilk is motioning to the referee to let Koa up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Koa is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jahkvilk fails to land with a series of punches.
Oh Koa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Koa is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Jahkvilk just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! And now a right hook, right on the button! Koa has gone limp, and this one is over!
