The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
holmes bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
holmes wants to control but Jakoavain is keeping him busy.
Jakoavain tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
holmes wants to control the pace but Jakoavain is squirming around nicely.
Jakoavain is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
holmes lands a heavy elbow.
holmes is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Jakoavain, as that shot connected.
