Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cage Stryker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alvin Bensin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvin Bensin will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cage Stryker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alvin Bensin! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bensin drops Stryker with a beautiful combination! Stryker stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Bensin is looking for the KO!
It looks like Cage Stryker has been cut. Bensin tries to clinch up but Stryker circles away and keeps his distance. Bensin throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Stryker to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Alvin Bensin has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sloppy strikes from Bensin. Those never looked like landing. Stryker leaves Bensin with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Alvin Bensin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bensin throws a series of punches but Stryker avoids them all with ease. Bensin looks gassed! Stryker throws a left that rocks Bensin and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Stryker dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Bensin regain composure!
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bensin can do anything to dispel that myth. Stryker lands a nice forearm strike. Stryker trying to control the action but Bensin is working from the bottom. Stryker working the ground and pound but Bensin is defending the strikes. Stryker tries for a kimura but Bensin is defending well. Stryker scoring with punches and elbows. Bensin is pushing Stryker's head away, looking to escape. Stryker manages to hold on to the position though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stryker lands a decent elbow from side control. Stryker advances nicely into full mount. Stryker content just to control the position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stryker trying to control but he's not successful this time. Stryker scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Stryker breaks from Bensin's wrist control and lands an elbow. Stryker is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bensin can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Stryker is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bensin is surviving well by controlling Stryker's body position as best he can. Stryker looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! A nice elbow there by Stryker. Bensin in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stryker lands a big shot there that rocks Bensin but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Bensin tries to hold on but Stryker pushes him away. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stryker sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bensin tries to hold on but Stryker postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cage Stryker dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Stryker shoots in but Bensin avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bensin throws a combination that misses and Stryker counters with a stiff right hand. Cage Stryker is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bensin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bensin shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Stryker throws a right and a left that both miss. Stryker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bensin can do to turn this around? Stryker scores with a three punch combo!
Bensin darts in trying to clinch and Stryker moves into the clinch. Stryker slowing the pace effectively. Stryker lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Stryker is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Bensin pulls him back up using the underhooks. Stryker wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stryker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. A combination from Bensin does no damage. Bensin lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stryker circles away quickly and effectively. A combination from Stryker does no damage. Stryker misses with a two punch combination.
Bensin throws a nice looking combination but Stryker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bensin throws a combination that misses so Stryker counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Stryker's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Bensin has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Stryker off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. The fighters circle momentarily. Stryker darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Bensin fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

and Stryker counters with a one-two to the body. Stryker keeps the fight on the outside. Stryker scores with a jab. Bensin acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Bensin misses with a takedown and Stryker moves into the clinch. Cage Stryker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alvin Bensin. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stryker pushes Bensin back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Stryker breaks the clinch.
Bensin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stryker's waist but Stryker gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bensin off to one side. Bensin tries to clinch and Stryker counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Bensin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Stryker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bensin back to the cage. Stryker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Cage Stryker is winning the standup battle so far. A nice combination there by Bensin.
Bensin tries for a takedown but Stryker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Stryker's corner calls for a 1-2. Stryker obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Stryker tries to work over Bensin's front leg with a kick but Bensin checks it. Bensin throws a combination. Stryker tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Stryker misses with a double jab
letting Bensin counter with a right hand.

and Stryker counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Stryker. Stryker stands and throws Bensin's legs to the side, diving into side control. Stryker thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Stryker misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Bensin is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Stryker is controlling him well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stryker advances to mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bensin trying desperately to get to his feet.
Stryker cracks Bensin with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bensin throws a combination that misses and Stryker counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Cage Stryker overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bensin kicks off Stryker and gets to his feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Stryker throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

and Stryker holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Stryker is trying to push Bensin away but Bensin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Stryker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Bensin rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stryker moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stryker fails in his attempt to clinch. Bensin tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Stryker counters by clinching up. Stryker manages to break the clinch.
Bensin fails with the takedown and Stryker counters with a one-two to the body. Bensin throws a combination that misses and Stryker counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

And that's the end of the fight! Cage Stryker showed his dominance in that final round. Well Stryker has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
