Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rourke scores with a jab to the body.
Rourke shoots in and gets a takedown into Lardy's guard.
Rourke stands and steps away. Lardy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Rourke doesn't manage to clinch there - Lardy circles away.
Rourke takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
It looks like Mickey Rourke has been cut.

Rourke bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lardy's head backwards.
Lardy throws a nice looking combination but Rourke bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Lardy lands with an uppercut that bounces Rourke off the cage and back into rage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Rourke uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Rourke shoots for a takedown but Lardy saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Lardy pounces like a tiger and cracks Rourke with a vicious hook! Rourke is down but not out! Lardy follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
