Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Frederick Kromer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kromer comes to the cage accompanied by Cold As Ice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brock Michaels! The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid body kick from Kromer. Michaels misses with a takedown attempt - Kromer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A thudding body kick lands there by Kromer!

Michaels shoots in but no luck this time. Michaels looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Frederick Kromer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Michaels thows a leg kick but Kromer checks it and Kromer counters with a low kick, right behind Michaels 's knee. Kromer connects with an inside leg kick. A punch lands to the side of Michaels 's head but he takes it in his stride. Kromer listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Michaels misses with a takedown attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Kromer lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Michaels blocks the body kick.
A head kick by Michaels misses and Kromer counters with a nice body shot. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A nice inside leg kick there by Michaels. That's going to slow Kromer down. A head kick misses from Kromer. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kromer avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Brock Michaels is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Michaels is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Kromer's half guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Michaels in particular looking to stall. Kromer blocking the ground and pound attempt from Michaels.
