Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Storman Norman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyson Brown! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Storman Norman! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Norman is not content to let Brown control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Well, if Brown is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Brown prevents Norman from improving his position. Brown is keen to just control but Norman is a slippery customer. Brown is controlling the pace.
Tyson Brown has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Norman misses with a wild combination.
Norman throws a nice looking combination but Brown bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Norman did well to prevent Brown getting side control. Brown is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Norman has managed to free his arm - good work. Norman is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Brown pulls his head out easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Norman looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Brown takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Norman wants to get back to full guard. Brown tries to pass to full mount but Norman defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Brown content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Norman tries to roll over but Brown keeps him under control. Norman is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Brown slows the pace down in half guard.
We're going to have a standup here because Tyson Brown wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Brown closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Norman defends it well. Brown stalling. Norman is refusing to be controlled, as Brown sits in half guard. Norman is trying to get back to full guard. Brown not doing much here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Brown's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Brown has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Tyson Brown just wasn't active enough. Brown looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Norman! Norman controls the position. Brown looking to control but Norman is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tyson Brown dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Brown fails to land the takedown. Brown avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Brown shoots for a double leg takedown but Norman sprawls well. He's pushed Brown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Brown drives through with a takedown into guard. Norman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Norman landing shots from mount. Brown is bucking up trying to escape but Norman cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Norman is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Brown is surviving well by controlling Norman's body position as best he can. Brown is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Brown tries to hold on but Norman pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown working to try and regain half guard.
Norman wants to control the pace but Brown is squirming around nicely. Brown takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Brown tries to hold on but Norman pushes him away. Brown is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Norman fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Norman thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Norman wants to control the pace but Brown is squirming around nicely. Norman is in the full mount, landing strikes. Norman is working for a guillotine from mount but Brown frees his head quite easily.
Brown blocking the ground and pound. Brown tries to buck Norman off but he can't manage it. Norman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Brown is trying desperately to improve position. Norman wants to control the pace but Brown is squirming around nicely. Norman misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Brown is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Norman content just to control the position here. Brown keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Norman breaks from Brown's wrist control and lands an elbow. The referee warns Brown that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Norman looking to secure an arm triangle but Brown defends it well. Brown sneaks a leg under to get to half guard. Norman thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Brown's head. Storman Norman has got the better of the ground game so far. Norman is looking to advance position but Brown won't allow it. Brown is pressing down on Norman's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Norman looking to sit in guard and control but Brown gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Norman wants to sweep here but Brown controlling him for the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Storman Norman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Brown feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Norman looking for a sweep. Not yet Norman, not yet. Brown trying to control the position from guard on top but Norman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Norman wants to sweep here but Brown controlling him for the moment.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Tyson Brown wasn't doing enough on the ground. Brown shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Norman napping and manages to drive through into side control! Norman can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Norman is looking for a sweep. Brown tries for a kimura but Norman is defending well. Norman is being controlled here. Brown wants to lay and pray for a moment but Norman keeps working. Norman is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Brown controlling from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Norman tries to bench press Brown off him but Brown keeps the position. Brown working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Norman tries to buck Brown off but Brown is having none of it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Norman manages to get back to half guard. Norman moves into full guard.
Norman being controlled here, momentarily. Brown looking to pass the guard. Norman can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Brown controls the pace. Brown stands and throws Norman's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Norman tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Brown wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Brown has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Norman is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Brown yanks on the arm and Norman is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Brown.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:44 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Tyson Brown!
